Status report to no one in particular.

I shall be using this blog to update about the goings on of the musical project known as Litis.

First off, the reason the musical project known as Litis has been laying dormant for the past three-four years: I couldn’t be arsed to make music in OpenMPT anymore. I could have continued to, but here’s why I didn’t: there are music trackers eons and eons ahead of OpenMPT. And by those trackers – notice the plural form – I basically mean Renoise. (Used to be MadTracker too, but you know, whatever. It’s incredibly old and I’m not planning on using it.)

So I’ve been making tunes in Renoise ever since… well, releasing A Breeze from Hell in October 2007 (it was version 1.8 when I started using it). Now you’re gonna say: well golly gee, Litis, where are the hundreds of tracks you should have released by now?! Keep reading →
